Secara garis besar alur dan prosedurnya adalah sebagai berikut:
- Pastikan Kepala Madrasah telah mengajukan S25a dan disetujui oleh Admin Simpatika Kabupaten/Kota yang ditandai dengan terbitnya S25b
- PTK mencetak SKMT (Surat Keterangan Melaksanakan Tugas) di akun PTK masing-masing. SKMT ini terdiri atas tiga jenis, yaitu:
- S29a : SKMT bagi guru yang mengajar Satminkal Induk di naungan Kemenag
- S29b : SKMT bagi guru yang mengajar Satminkal non-induk di naungan Kemenag
- S29c : SKMT bagi guru yang mengajar Satminkal non-induk di naungan Kemendikbud
- PTK menyerahkan cetak SKMT (S29a/S29b/S29c) ke Kepala Madrasah
- Kepala Madrasah melakukan pengesahan dan penilaian SKMT guru tersebut melalui akun PTK Kepala Madrasah.
- Kepala Madrasah mencetak Lampiran SKMT (S29d)
- Kepala Madrasah menandatangani SKMT dan lampiran SKMT
- SKMT dan Lampiran SKMT dimintakan tanda tangan Pengawas
- SKMT dan Lampiran SKMT diajukan ke Admin Simpatika Kabupaten/Kota
- Admin Kabupaten/Kota menerbitkan SKBK atau Surat Keterangan Beban Kerja (S29e)
- PTK menerima SKBK (S29e)
