Ramuan yang Bisa Digunakan untuk Mengobati Penyakit Asma,antara lain:
Ramuan I
Bahan-bahan
Untuk obat dalam, sediakan kencur secukupnya, dau sendok makan madu, dan satu butir telur ayam. Sementara itu, untuk obat luar, sediakan tujuh lembar daun sirih, satu sendok teh lada putih, dan minyak kayu putih.
Cara membuat
Kencur dicuci bersih, lalu diperut dan diperas. Hasil perasan kencur dicampur dengan madu dan telur ayam, lalu dikocok. Sebelum diminum, campuran ini didiamkan sebentar. Ramuan ini digunakan sebagai obat dalam. Sementara itu, ramuan obat luar dibuat dengan menggerus daun sirih dan lada putih hingga lumat dan halus. Hasil gerusan tadi dicampur dengan minyak kayu putih secukupnya. Penggunaannya dilakukan dengan cara membalurkan ramuan ini di dada dan leher.
Ramuan II
Bahan-bahan
Enam lembar daun randu (kapuk) yang masih muda dan satu sendok makan madu.
Cara membuatDaun randu dicuci bersih lalu digiling hingga halus. Hasil gilingan daun randu diseduh dengan secangkir air panas dan ditambahkan madu. Air seduhan tersebut disaring.
Cara memakai

Sepuluh siung bawang putih dan satu sendok makan madu.
Cara membuat

Satu genggam daun tanjung muda dan dua sendok makan kikisan kayu cendana.
Cara membuat
Daun tanjung muda dikeringkan dan dijadikan serbuk. Serbuk daun tanjung dicampur dengan kikisan kayu cendana.
Cara memakai
Jika penyakit asma kambuh, isaplah ramuan ini beberapa kali.
Ramuan V
Bahan-bahan
Delapan lembar daun sirih, dua belas lembar daun akar gamat, dua puluh butir biji buah putat, tiga puluh butir lada putih, dan tiga sendok teh minyak kayu putih.
Cara membuatSemua bahan dicuci hingga bersih, lalu ditumbuk sampai halus. Campuran bahan yang sudah halus diremas-remas sambil dicampur dengan minyak kayu putih.

Semua bahan dicuci bersih, lalu direbus dengan tiga gelas air hingga tersisa setengahnya. Setelah dingin, air rebusan tersebut disaring.

Ramuan ini diminum tiga kali sehari sebanyak setengah gelas setiap minum.
Ramuan VII
Bahan-bahan
Sepuluh batang sereh dan gula secukupnya.
Cara membuat
Batang sereh dicuci bersih, lalu dimemarkan. Setelah itu, batang sereh direbus dengan lima gelas air, lalu ditambahkan gula secukupnya. Setelah tersisa sekitar dua setengah gelas, air rebusan diangkat dan didinginkan.
Cara memakai
Ramuan ini diminum empat kali sehari sebanyak setengah gelas setiap minum.
Ramuan VIII
Bahan-bahan
Satu atau dua buah mengkudu yang sudah matang, wortel, dan jeruk lemon secukupnya
Cara membuat
Buah mengkudu yang sudah matang dicuci bersih, dipotong-potong kecil, lalu dibuat jus dengan cara di-blender. Wortel dan jeruk lemon juga dibuat jus masing-masing sebanyak satu gelas. Jus wortel dan jeruk lemon ditambahkan ke dalam jus mengkudu, lalu diaduk secara merata.
Cara memakai
Ramuan ini diminum tiga kali sehari secara teratur.
Ramuan IX
Bahan –bahan
Dua buah mengkudu yang sudah matang, satu siung jahe, dan madu secukupnya.
Cara membuat
Buah mengkudu dan jahe dicuci bersih, lalu dipotong-potong. Setelah itu, di-blender dan ditambahkan air secukupnya, lalu direbus hingga mendidih. ke dalam rebusan tersebut ditambahkan madu secukupnya, lalu diaduk hingga merata. Ramuan ini dapat diminum dalam keadaan hangat.
Ramuan X
Bahan-bahan
Lima belas gram jahe, dua ratus gram lobak, dan dua sendok makan madu.
Cara membuat
Semua bahan dicuci bersih, lalu di-blender dan ditambahkan madu. Aduk hingga merata, dan dapat segera diminum.
Cara memakai
Dapat diminum 2 kali sehari secara teratur.
Ramuan XI
Bahan-bahan
Lima belas gram jahe, sepuluh gram daun jinten, satu ibu jari kayu manis, lima belas gram umbi bidara upas, empat butir kemukus, dan satu sendok makan madu.
Cara membuatSemua bahan dicuci bersih, lalu direbus dalam 600 ml air hingga tersisa sekitar 300 ml. kemudian, larutan tersebut disaring dan ditambahkan madu, lalu diaduk hingga merata.
Cara memakai
Dapat diminum 2 kali setiap hari.
Ramuan XII
Bahan-bahan
Lima gram jahe dan tiga puluh gram sambung nyawa.
Cara membuat
Jahe dikupas lalu bersama sambung nyawa dicuci bersih. Setelah itu, direbus dalam 500 ml air hangat hingga tersisa sekitar 250 ml, lalu disaring.
Cara memakai
Air rebusannya diminum selagi hangat sebanyak 2 kali setiap hari.
